Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within Germany. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Prices
All prices shown on felnuqari.com are final prices in Euro, plus the shipping cost indicated at checkout for the option you select.

Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for all orders delivered within Germany.

Standard Shipping is free and takes 4 to 5 business days.
Express Shipping (insured) costs €2.95 and takes 3 to 5 business days. This option includes shipment insurance for added peace of mind.

Delivery times are estimates counted in business days from dispatch and may vary slightly depending on the carrier's network and local delivery conditions; we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for either option.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays in Germany. Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same or the next business day. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next available business day.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer guarantee that changes can be made. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number at info@felnuqari.com.

Warranty
