If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer under German law (Section 355 of the German Civil Code, BGB), which allows you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Tip: Test fit and inspect a new accessory in a clean, dry area before permanent installation. Action: Keep all labels, protective films, and accessories attached until you are sure you want to keep the item, so that a later return stays straightforward.

Condition and Packaging

Tip: Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item. Action: For a smooth return, the item should be unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Information

Withdrawal period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Refund process: Choose your preferred option (refund, store credit, or exchange) when you start your return.
Condition of goods: Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all original parts, labels, and packaging.
Return shipping cost: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery, or to goods that have, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.

Pack securely: Please pack your return securely and include your order number or delivery note if possible.
Individual returns: Each order must be returned separately.
Processing time: Returns are typically processed within 3–6 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Returns involving damaged or faulty items may take up to 10 business days to process.

Refund Information

Once your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice or proof that you have returned the item, and will be issued automatically to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at info@felnuqari.com.

Store credit. On request, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
Faulty items. Please report any damage or defects promptly with a short description and a photo to info@felnuqari.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
